Ms. Gregory has represented Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial clients in a variety of business litigation, arbitration, mediation, and regulatory matters. She began her career at Thompson & Knight where she was elected partner. At Thompson & Knight, she successfully represented clients at the trial and appellate level for over ten years. In 2007, she left Thompson & Knight to raise a family. In 2012, she returned to practice to serve as General Counsel for Koehn Ranches, Ltd. In 2021, she joined Mouer Huston before more recently joining Parker, Sanchez & Donnelly in 2024. Kellye serves as an adjunct professor at Houston Christian University teaching undergraduate and graduate students business law.
Ms. Gregory received her B.S. degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and her J.D. from the South Texas College of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. She was raised on a cattle ranch in Culberson County, Texas. She met and married David Gregory in Houston while attending law school. David and Kellye have two daughters.

Obtained summary judgment in favor of bank in case involving breach of contract arising out of breach of guaranty agreements and jurisdiction issue under the Estates Code. Judgment affirmed on appeal by Houston 14th Court of Appeals.
Represented agribusiness before local groundwater conservation district on various issues including application and approval of industrial use water permit, water meter reporting and compliance, and rules amendment process.
Represented agribusiness in arbitration litigation matter involving crop insurance dispute. Obtained favorable settlement for client following arbitration award.
Represented agribusiness in ranch real estate transaction.
Represented agribusiness in negotiation of long-term farm lease.
Represented agribusiness in negotiation of subcontract for sale of water and caliche to contractor of road-side park construction.
Represented energy companies in litigation matters including indemnity case tried to verdict and in summary judgment proceedings regarding multi-plaintiff property damage case involving pipeline release and groundwater contamination.
Represented chemical manufacturer defending property damage and product defect claims involving groundwater contamination.
Obtained summary judgments in favor of energy company in cases involving breach of service station supply contracts.
Obtained arbitration award in favor of industrial maintenance and supply company in arbitration proceeding involving breach of contract claims and counterclaims involving spills, construction defects, and delays.
Represented trucking company on appeal of a summary judgment to Texas Supreme Court in product liability action. Court reversed and rendered in favor of client (case reported at Mack Trucks v. Tamez, 206 S.W.3d 572 (Tex. 2006)).
Represented owner of apartment complex in arbitration proceeding involving breach of contract claims against general contractor involving construction defects and delays.
Represented grocery store chains in temporary injunction hearing and administrative hearings involving interpretation and application of state health regulations.
Represented business school in arbitration proceeding involving multi-plaintiff breach of contract, misrepresentation, and fraud claims.
Represented airline in breach of contract, foreclosure of lien, and business tort case.
Obtained dismissal in favor of motel chain in litigation matter regarding plaintiff’s claims for breach of contract, invasion of privacy, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional harm, and false imprisonment (case reported at Paredes v. City of Odessa, 128 F. Supp.2d 1009 (W.D. Tex. 2000)).
Defended Texas attorney against barratry allegations brought by State Bar of Texas. Second chair responsibilities in week-long jury trial, which ended in a defense verdict.
